Jones saved 129 games for the Cleveland Indians where he was an All-Star from 1988-1990. He also earned All-Star nods with the Houston Astros and Philadelphia Phillies as their closer in the 1990s. He had one of the best changeup pitches in baseball, relying on it heavily during his 16 year career. Jones finally made his first postseason appearance at the age of 41 in his second stint with the Indians in 1998. He was still an effective setup man when he was 43 years old for the Oakland A's two years later. He topped 30 saves five times in his career, finishing with 303.
