VIDEO: Johnny Bench and The Baseball Bunch recreate The Pine Tar Incident

From 1980 to 1985, The Baseball Bunch was a television show airing on Saturdays during the baseball season. It starred Johnny Bench as the host teaching a group of kids about baseball fundamentals and history, with special appearances from The Famous Chicken.

This clip is from 1983 when guest Rick Dempsey (catcher with the Baltimore Orioles) helped Bench and The Bunch recreate the famous Pine Tar Incident that involved George Brett, Billy Martin, and the Kansas City Royals and New York Yankees.
